The Website is intended to provide general information about Us and provide Services which also includes l education resources, training programs, courses, webinars, publications, and professional development materials.

The Website along with the Services also allow the users to contact Us, submit enquiries, or register interest in future Legal Owls platform or application features.

Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion and evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If a course is cancelled by us before its scheduled launch, a full refund will be provided.

Any payments made are processed exclusively by independent third-party payment service providers.  We do not store, process, or control Your payment information. Any errors, delays, failures, unauthorized transactions, chargebacks, data breaches, or other issues arising out of or relating to payment processing shall be the sole responsibility of the respective third-party payment service provider. We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or liability resulting from such third-party payment processing services.

 

6. USER GENERATED CONTENT

The Websiteallows users to submit enquiries, account creation, comments, messages, registration details, or other content (“User Content”).

By submitting User Content, You:

9.COURSES, WEBINARS AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS

The Website offer’s paid or free Services and  all materials related to such Services are provided solely for educational purposes and do not constitute legal advice. We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, cancel, or discontinue any course, webinar, instructor, or program at any time.

9.1. Course Fees and Payments. Fees for paid courses or programs must be paid in full prior to access being granted. All prices are subject to change at our discretion. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, all payments are non-refundable.

 

9.2. License to Course Materials. Course materials are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You shall  not download, screenshot, copy, record, distribute, share, sell, or republish course content without prior written consent.

 

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
