Abha Kashyap

Abha Kashyap is the Managing Partner of Kashyap Partners and Kashyap Partners & Associates LLP and is the founder of Legal Owls LLC (USA). With an interdisciplinary background spanning medicine, management, marketing, and law, she brings a broad perspective to legal scholarship, professional practice, and legal education.

She holds an LL.B. from the University of Delhi and an LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley, and is trained in mediation and alternative dispute resolution. Her professional interests include corporate and commercial law, technology and AI, privacy, intellectual property, cross-border transactions, entrepreneurship, and legal practice development.

Her work particularly focuses on the impact of emerging technologies on law and professional practice, responsible innovation, practical legal education, and preparing lawyers and businesses for a rapidly evolving legal environment.
