Law in Transition

Contemporary Perspectives on Law, Policy, Innovation and Practice

Law does not evolve in isolation. Changes in technology, institutions, markets, professional practice and society continually reshape legal rules, regulatory approaches and the way law is understood and applied.

The inaugural issue of LORE Review will explore these transitions from diverse doctrinal, comparative, interdisciplinary, policy-oriented and practice-focused perspectives.

We welcome submissions examining both established and emerging areas of law and encourage work that asks not only what is changing, but also why it matters and where those changes may lead.
